 Ansa Mustafa (Kazakhstan) (Ansa Mustafa, also known as Ansagan Moustapha) is a renowned Kazakh artist, graphic designer, and cartoonist based in Astana. Known for his socially conscious creations and ethnic designs, he has participated in over 200 exhibitions worldwide.
 Antonio Santos(portigal) I was born in Arcozelo, in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia, part of the Porto district.
I started drawing very early, as a child. I loved drawing my classmates, teachers, and people I admired, such as cyclists, football players, and artists, among others.
I pursued an academic/university education in the arts and attended the Faculty of Fine Arts in Porto, where I earned a degree in Communication Design. In addition to being a caricaturist/illustrator, I am also an art teacher.
I began participating in festivals in 1994. Over the years, my work has gained significant recognition and visibility, both in terms of awards and requests to hold exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and more. This recognition has motivated me to further develop my creative work.
 Agim krasniqi(kosovo) For Agim Krasniqi, the day begins early. In the early hours of the morning, most of his drawings take shape.
The artist's collection includes approximately a thousand cartoons.
Each one contains a message that reflects social realities.
The colors, characters, and objects convey these messages.
The cartoonist Agim Krasniqi, who has exhibited his work in various countries around the world, is considered the most active representative of this field, reports KTV's "Express."
 Khaled Baha (Morocco) A cartoonist, portrait photographer, and specialist in children's drawings, Khaled Baha is also a comic book illustrator. He boasts extensive experience in political cartooning and thematic comics, delivering clear messages. Baha has published numerous cartoons in various national and international newspapers, magazines, and websites, all demonstrating a keen eye, a sharp understanding of society, and a meticulous analysis of current events. He has also illustrated several comic strip series for Moroccan magazines and currently works as a cartoonist for an international website specializing in political cartoons. He has won several national and international awards.
 Oscar Ben Barry(Guinea He is a journalist, press cartoonist,
comic book author, and editor of the satirical newspaper Bingo. This award is the result of an annual selection process across various fields within the pan-African press. This is the first time Guinea has received this prize.
 Samba Ndar Cissé(Senegal) In 1993, Samba Ndar Cissé received first prize in the screenwriting competition at the French Cultural Center in Dakar. Shortly afterward, the Senegalese Institute for Agricultural Research hired him as a full-time graphic designer. Under the pseudonym Bath Cissé, he worked as a cartoonist for the Senegalese daily newspaper Sud from 1995 to 1998. He then trained in academic drawing to become a storyboard artist and animator in the animation industry (at Pictoon studio in Dakar). Samba Ndar Cissé later returned to cartooning in the satirical newspaper Le Cactus and published his first comic strips: "Moments privés" (Private Moments), "Vision de l'avenue Ponty" (Vision of Ponty Avenue), and "Hé waay copain" (Hey buddy). He has also illustrated a dozen children's books (Badou the Talibé, The Hunt in Mbelgor, Noko's Trial, The Sorcerer's Hat, The Blue Gandoul, The Honey-Colored Horse, Sitou and the Dentist, Raby's Fabulous World Tour, etc.) and regularly collaborates with numerous international institutions and NGOs. He was among the 10 award-winning authors at the 2006 Angoulême International Comics Festival's "Views of Africa" competition, presenting a three-page story, "El Dorado," about the dream of migratory exile. In 2006, he drew "Oulaï," five magnificent color pages on the harmful effects of female genital mutilation in Africa, and won the "Africa e Mediterraneo" Prize for Best Unpublished Comic, in the Human Rights Reflections category.
 Seyran Caferli(Azerbaijan) was born in 1966 in Imishli, Azerbaijan. His first cartoon was published in the comics magazine "KIRPI" in 1982. He graduated from the Institute of Journalistic Arts in 1992. His more than 1,000 cartoons have been published in numerous international exhibitions and competitions. In 2002, he established the first Azerbaijan Cartoonists' Union and served as its president until 2006. He organized the "Molla Nasreddin" International Cartoonists Competition, the first competition in Azerbaijan's history to run for four years. He also organized the "Smiling Cat" International Cartoon Competition. He is currently the director of the First International Cartoon News Center and Humortoons International website, and editor-in-chief of the international cartoon magazine "Humor." He is a board member of the Union of World Cartoonists (UWC). He has served as a jury member in over 50 international animation competitions. At these competitions, he has awarded prizes, including Grand Prizes, First Prizes, Second Prizes, Third Prizes, and Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals, totaling over 160 awards. Two of his drawings have been permanently exhibited in drawing museums in Italy and Austria. He has held solo exhibitions in Iran (2003), Turkey (2011, 2016), France (2012), Belgium (2018), and Slovakia (2019).
 Silvano Mello(Brazil)Mello, born in October 1974, in Jaboticatubas, Minas Gerais, Brazil. I am a self-taught cartoonist and I participate in humor competitions around the world. Awards: 2nd prize in the Cartoon category, at the 9th Caratinga International Humor Festival - Brazil / 2007; Honorable Mention at the First Festival of Honorable Mention for Cartoonists - Brazil / 2007; Honorable Mention at the "Street Children" Competition - Iran / 2007. Honorable Mention in the 4th Syrian Cartoon Competition - 2007. 1st Prize in the Cartoon Category at the 1st Animated Cartoon Competition on the Donation of Organs - Brazil / 2008. 2nd Prize in the Cartoon Category at the 4th Paraguaçu Paulista Comic Strip Competition - Brazil / 2008.  Taher saoud(Syria)
A cartoonist and political writer, a liberal, born in Jableh, a city on the Syrian coast, in 1962. A member of the French Cartoon Network for Peace. He worked in print journalism (as a reporter and opinion writer) throughout the last decade of the 20th century and the first decade of the 21st. He then founded a website bearing his name. The site operated for several years before being shut down permanently due to political pressure. He was arrested several times as a result of his writings and cartoons, which opposed the former regime in Syria (the Assad regime). In 2000, he was imprisoned in the notorious Saydnaya military prison. He was also brought before a field military court, which did not allow for legal representation, after writing a newspaper article criticizing the transfer of power in Syria, a republican state. By political decree, he was deprived of his right to work and travel abroad from 2000 until the fall of the regime in 2024. During this time, he was pursued by the Assad regime's security apparatus. Because of his caricatures and his writings against that dictatorial regime.  Abed mohamed President of the jury(Morocco)began his artistic career in the pages of the daily newspaper Al Bayane Al Yaoum, before his style gained recognition from other national media outlets such as L'Hebdomadaire satirique, Ousbouâ Dahik Siyassi, and Khamis. His commitment extended beyond drawing. He also founded three satirical publications: Al Mihmaz, Al Mismaar, and Ashariâ.
In addition to his artistic contributions and his extensive knowledge of the history of caricature, he currently works for the news website Hadath.com.
